• This forum is for Charter Members to post your personal sewing items for sale. These ads are intended only for the use of Pfaff-Talk registered members and are not to be used by dealers!
• Only Pfaff-Talk Charter members may place ads. This may be revised at our discretion at a later date.
• Ads are posted at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for the integrity of either the Buyer of the Seller nor are we responsible for the quality of items sold.
• We reserve the right to edit ads at our discretion as well as the right to refuse and remove ads which we feel are not in keeping with the integrity and purpose of this site.
• Seller assumes all responsibility for listing items and copyright violations.
• We advise both Sellers and Buyers to use an escrow service . Use of an escrow service protects both the Buyer and Seller. We very strongly advise its use on every sale. It is especially important to do so for large items such as sewing machines and sergers, as well as for copyrighted items! Not all escrow services on the Internet are legitimate. Use a legitimate escrow services such as Escrow.Com (Please do your own research before entering into any transaction.

If someone requests that you pay them via a bank transfer and states that they will then send you the item, please do not do this! For your own protection, we urge you to use escrow at all times. There are persons answering and placing ads for copy righted designs, cards, and programs, collecting payment, then e-mailing attached zip files copies or posting disc copies of these designs. This is illegal and it is against copyright law. These people need to be reported and investigated! Do not buy illegal copies, and for you protection, always use an escrow service such as Escrow.Com. Please be careful! Pfaff-Talk accepts no responsibility for your safety. You must use caution and good sense when dealing with unknown persons on the Internet!
