Pfaff-Talk has been running since 1997. The Pfaff-Talk forums have always been free forums for Pfaff users to share their sewing experiences and knowledge. It is our intent to always keep the forums free. However, we may start charging for some additional services in the future, for example classifieds ads. Since the success of Pfaff-Talk has always been the wonderful group of people that have frequented the site over the years, they will be considered Charter Members and will have full access to post pictures and classified ads at no charge. We will consider Charter Members to be those registered before May 1, 2004. All those registering after that time will have the same access as current members, which is they can post threads to the forum, however they will only be allowed to upload pictures after they have placed a total of 15 posts over a period of at least two weeks. We hope this system will allow us to continue offering free services to our core members while allowing us to charge for additional features in the future. Remember, it is our intent that the standard discussion forums, which have always been at the core of Pfaff-Talk, will always remain open and free of charge.
